What’s your
YaySquad up to?
Open your private dashboard to see who joined in and who paid for more of your work. Look at what got a response, then use it to plan the next release or offer. That’s more useful than trying to remember which username you’ve seen before.

Remember What You Asked Them to Do
Start with what you shared and when you shared it. Then look at what fans did afterward. A number is a lot more useful when you know which release or offer got that response.
This activity example explains what to look for. It is not a promise of an identical dashboard layout.

A useful habit
Use what happened to choose your follow-up
- Check the activity
- Choose the period you want to review and look at the actions around a particular update or offer.
- Think about the invitation
- If you asked fans to choose a tutorial, a vote tells you which topic they picked. It doesn’t tell you they’ll buy a lesson.
- Make the response useful
- Share the tutorial they helped choose, or explain what you decided to make instead. Show them what you did with their input.

When participation changes
Check What You Shared Before Reading Too Much Into a Gap
Before you change the whole plan, check what you shared and how long fans had to respond. A Tuesday question and a weekend release ask different things of people. Try a clearer invitation if it needs one, and leave room for the fact that people get busy.
Share a specific invitation, keep it optional, and give people time to answer.

Scores help you look closer
Read the score with its actions and dates. It summarizes recorded activity, not someone’s whole fandom.
Spending money isn’t a requirement for being a superfan. A fan’s interest can also show up in free participation or in ways your app does not record.
The bigger picture
Take the Results Into Your Next Brand Pitch
Show how fans got involved in work that fits the collab. Put the results beside the work so the brand can see what got that response.

Questions creators ask
Is this the same as my fan app?
Fans use your app to get involved in your work. You use the private dashboard to see who takes action and what gets a response.
Do fans need to spend money to matter?
No. Spending money isn’t a requirement for being a superfan. Free participation can give you useful feedback and a reason to thank someone.
What does a Superfan Score tell me?
Superfan Score summarizes one fan's recorded activity. It can help you decide who to thank or invite closer. Use it alongside the activity itself and the period you’re reviewing. It does not measure a person’s worth or capture everything they do elsewhere.
What if someone becomes less active?
Check what you shared and how long people had to respond before drawing a conclusion. You can offer another clear invitation without assuming every gap needs fixing.
Can I share the dashboard with a brand?
Keep the dashboard private. Use a Brand Proof Card for group totals without publishing individual fan identities. Your Base trial includes a private Brand Proof preview; ongoing Brand Proof requires Pro.
Put your fans’ responses to work
Give fans your app link when you share a release or offer. Open your dashboard afterward to see who got involved and what got a response.
