Show brands what your
superfans actually do
Show the brand what happened when you got your fans involved. Brand Proof puts the results in a report they can check, so your pitch has something behind it. Explain the work that got that response and why it fits the collab.

Share group totals, without public fan identity
This example uses made-up figures. In your pitch, show what you shared and what fans did afterward, with the dates beside the numbers. Help the brand follow what happened without playing detective.
- Check the period the report covers
- Name the actions behind the totals
- Explain the invitation or offer fans responded to
- Separate the recorded result from your interpretation
A vote and a paid unlock tell you different things. Name the action behind each total so the person reading your report knows what happened.
Your Base trial includes a private Brand Proof preview. Ongoing Brand Proof and exports require Pro.

What the shared card shows
The shared card shows group totals for a stated period and includes a verification link. If you know how many people had a chance to respond, add that context to your pitch.
See what counts as an actionKeep fan identities private
Fan names, emails, and private messages stay out of the public summary. Get explicit permission for an identifiable quote.
Keep expectations honest
Recorded activity is evidence of participation. It does not guarantee a brand deal, higher rates, or future results.

Help the Brand Follow What Happened
Show the work first, then explain what fans did after you shared it. Use these prompts to put your own results into the pitch.
- What you invited fans to do
- “I shared [the work] and asked my YaySquad to [the action].”
- What happened
- “During [the period], [what fans did]. Here’s what the report counts.”
- How you’d use what you learned
- “That response suggests [your interpretation]. For this collab, I’d like to test [your proposal].”
Good to know
Questions creators ask
What can a brand see?
The shared Brand Proof Card uses group totals over a stated period, with a verification link. Fan names, email addresses, and private messages are not part of that public summary.
What does the verification link do?
It opens the shared card so a brand can check the figures. Keep the dates and action definitions with the totals.
Can I use the example figures in a pitch?
Use your own results in a pitch. The figures on this page are made-up examples for learning how to read the report. If you haven’t run the activity, explain what you’re proposing to try.
Can I include something a fan said?
Get explicit permission before using an identifiable fan quote. A reply to you does not by itself give permission to include those words in a brand pitch.
Is Brand Proof included in my trial?
Your 14-day Base trial includes a private Brand Proof preview. Ongoing Brand Proof and exports require Pro. Exports are not included in Base or the Base trial.
Will a report get me a brand deal?
Brand Proof helps you explain how fans responded to your work. The brand still decides whether the collab fits. No report can promise a deal, higher rates or future sales.
